Cupping

Fire cupping: Glass cups create a suction using fire and are placed on the skin to release muscle tension. This is the opposite of massage. Instead of pressing down to release tension, the cups pull skin, muscles and tension up. Small bruises may appear as fresh blood is sent to this area for healing.
